Meet The Staff

Robbie and Mona- Directors

Robbie and Mona have been putting smiles on the HUF students faces since 1990. They have two boys, David (21) who is attending Harding University and Jonathan (18) who is attending high school in Florence. The are very active with the local church in Florence and also participate in various community activities. They feel truly blessed to a part of HUF and we feel very blessed to have them.

The Staff

Concetta is our new cook and doing a wonderful "tasty" job. The new HUF groups love her. Paola helps in the kitchen and washes and folds clothes daily with a smile on her face, she's a sweetie. The grounds and the villa have never looked better because of Sandro's excellent work. Silvia is back with us, she was really missed after having sweet Danielle. Tracy is the newest staff member, assistent to Robbie, and is excited about working with HUF in Italy, both of which she shares a passion for.

Renata (pictured on left) and Anna - Cooks

Renata has been working at HUF for 18 years. She helps with the laundry and cooking. She retired from HUF the fall of 2001 but then returned as part time until Silvia returned. She, in turn, has brought many smiles to the students over the years in providing the laundry service.

Anna has been acting as the head cook at the Harding villa for 11 years. Her daughter is Silvia, our secretary. Her authentic Italian cooking is amazing.
